Accessories are a Hermes box, a ribbon, a shopper, and a receipt copy.

Please be assured that you can request cleaning and repairs at Hermes boutiques in Japan as they are purchased at Hermes boutiques.

2. Regarding [Reserved product].

If there is no description of [Reserved product], the item will be shipped from Chiba Prefecture by Yamato Transport or Yu-Pack within 2 business days at the latest, and you will be notified of the tracking number.
